LUMERA ships within Singapore only.

Orders of SGD 190 and above: free delivery. All other orders: SGD 5 flat delivery charge.

Delivery is within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive tracking details once your order has been picked up by our courier.

Returns

Due to the nature of ingestible wellness products, we do not accept returns once items have been opened or used. We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact care@lumera.sg within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will review the case and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
