Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery within Singapore takes approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Total estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days from the date of order.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping within Singapore is charged at SGD 5 per order.
  • We offer complimentary standard shipping for orders above SGD 190.
  • Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Courier & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped via our appointed courier partner.
  • Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a separate email directly from the courier containing your tracking information and delivery details.
  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel is significantly delayed or confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at care@lumera.sg.
  • We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Kindly ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of ingestible wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. This protects product integrity and ensures safety for all customers.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@lumera.sg.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and arrange a replacement where applicable.

All LUMERA products are manufactured in Singapore in GMP-compliant facilities.

We are committed to maintaining quality, safety, and consistency in every order.

Upon receipt, we recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

LUMERA currently ships within Singapore. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
