These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LUMERA.sg (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from the Site. The Site is operated by LHV Holding (“LUMERA”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
We sell ingestible wellness supplements intended to support general well-being.
We aim for accuracy across product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage guidance, but content may be updated without notice. Product packaging and labels may differ from images shown on the Site. The information on this Site is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.
4. REGULATORY AND SAFETY NOTICE
LUMERA products are nutritional supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Individual responses to supplements may vary.
5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
5.1 Order placement. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
5.2 Order confirmation. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not mean we have accepted your order.
5.3 Acceptance. We accept your order when we dispatch the products (or otherwise confirm dispatch).
5.4 Right to refuse or cancel. We may refuse or cancel an order (including after confirmation) if, for example, a product is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, payment is not authorized, fraud is suspected, or delivery is not feasible.
If we cancel after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
6. PRICING, CURRENCY, TAXES
6.1 Currency. All prices are shown in SGD unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Price changes. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
6.3 Taxes and fees. Taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
7. PAYMENT
We accept payment methods shown at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.
8. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND LOCATION
8.1 Shipping location. LUMERA currently ships within Singapore. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
8.2 Order processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
8.3 Delivery timeline. Standard delivery within Singapore takes approximately 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days from the date of order. Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods.
8.4 Shipping fees. Standard shipping within Singapore is SGD 5 per order. Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders above SGD 190. Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
8.5 Courier and tracking. Orders are shipped via our appointed courier partner. Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a separate email directly from the courier containing tracking information and delivery details. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
8.6 Delivery responsibility. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
8.7 Lost or delayed parcels. If your parcel is significantly delayed or confirmed lost in transit, contact us at care@lumera.sg. We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
9.1 No change-of-mind returns. We do not offer change-of-mind returns.
9.2 Opened or used items. Due to the nature of ingestible wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. This protects product integrity and ensures safety for all customers.
9.3 Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@lumera.sg and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a replacement where applicable.
10. PROMOTIONS AND CODES
Promotion codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Promotions may have eligibility limits (dates, products, minimum spend), are non-transferable, and may be withdrawn if misused.
11. PRODUCT CARE AND STORAGE
Upon receipt, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, images, product names, trademarks, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to LHV Holding. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the Site, including hacking, introducing malware, scraping, disrupting service, attempting unauthorized access, conducting fraudulent transactions, or infringing intellectual property rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Site may use third-party services (payments, shipping, analytics) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or that the Site will be error-free.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
16.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost savings, or reputational harm).
16.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to a product order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LHV Holding from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
