+ Do I really need both?
You do not. If you are starting, UrbanGuard alone will support the daily load most people feel first. Prime is the deeper layer — cellular renewal, long-term vitality — and works best when the foundation is already in place. Many buyers start with UrbanGuard and add Prime within 4 to 8 weeks once they feel the baseline steadying.
+ What is the difference between UrbanGuard and Prime?
UrbanGuard addresses daily load: what you eat, how you work, how you sleep, how you recover. Prime addresses cellular renewal: the underlying machinery that slows with age. Different targets, different timing, different ingredients. Zero overlap.
+ Can I take both on the same day?
Yes. This is how the system is designed to work. Prime in the morning on an empty stomach. UrbanGuard after a meal later in the day.
+ Is the Ritual Set cheaper than buying separately?
Yes, by S$10 plus free delivery. The system is designed to be taken together long-term, so the Ritual Set reflects that commitment. It is not a deep discount because we do not design our products to be discounted. The savings are a gesture, not a hook.
+ Is subscription available?
Not yet. We are evaluating subscription for later in 2026 once we have a clearer picture of how customers prefer to buy. For now, the Ritual Set is available as a one-time purchase.
+ I am on medication. Can I take the Ritual Set?
Prime contains 5-HTP, which can interact with antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, tricyclics), migraine triptans, tramadol, and other serotonergic medications. Do not take Prime if you are on any of these. UrbanGuard contains Milk Thistle, which can interact with blood thinners, statins, and some blood pressure medications. Consult your doctor before starting either if you are on prescription medication.
+ When will I notice a difference?
UrbanGuard typically shows effects within 3 to 4 weeks — steadier digestion and daily energy. Prime is slower: 4 to 6 weeks for first signs, longer for compounding benefits at the cellular level.
+ What if the Ritual Set does not work for me?
The Ritual Set consists of two ingestible wellness products, so we do not accept returns on opened bottles. We will replace unopened sealed bottles within 14 days of delivery, damaged orders within 48 hours, and manufacturing defects. Email care@lumera.sg with your order number.
